Weight loss
It seems most people struggle with their weight. Whether it be overweight or underweight, for me it’s overweight. I have gone from almost 300 pounds down to 194. I was down to 190 but I gained 4 pounds. Yes it very disappointing it seems I hit those plateaus where I don’t lose but actually gain then I’ll lose again but it seems to take forever that’s what’s frustrating. Yet it’s better to lose it slowly, at least that’s what I’m told. Now please understand I’m not disappointed, well maybe a little, but I’m not giving up not till I lose at least another 30 pounds or so I was happy at 160 pounds. I would post a photo but it’s not much difference from the last photo I posted when I lost weight. Any way to all my brothers and sisters who are struggling with weight, do not give up! First we all weigh differently during the day and my sweatpants might be that extra weight but the important thing is don’t give up !! We didn’t gain it all in one day though it seems like it! 😂! We shall see what happens next Friday, those are my weigh in days.
Keep up the good fight stop when you’re full no matter how good it taste! Eat leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. And drink lots of fluids for me it’s water diet stuff has rat poison in it that they use in Europe and is band there in their food. Any way do as you must. Good luck!
